This policy describes what data seo·matrix collects on seomatrix.ai and in the Telegram bot, why, and how we store it.
Through the request form in the Telegram bot (@SeoMatrix_bot) you may submit: your site URL, niche and region, the selected task and service, an approximate budget and a contact (optional). With the request, Telegram passes your account identifier (initData) so we can reply to you in Telegram.
The site uses privacy-friendly analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics and a first-party event counter (page views and button clicks) — with no cookies and no personal data.
Only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and improve the site. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on Cloudflare infrastructure. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and delete them on request.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Just message us on Telegram @SeoMatrix_bot.
